When: December, 4, 2010
Staging Area: Richardson High School, Group 3, Row D, Unit # 416 (see staging map attached below)
Check in: Vehicles 7:05am to 7:30am, Cubs between 7:30 to 8:15. Parade starts @ 9am.
Parade Finish: J.J. Pearce High School @ Melrose Drive just south of the school. Cubs need to be picked up in the disbanding area. Each Den Leader is to make sure their cubs are safe. Parking will be available for spectators who will be picking up participants in the north parking lot of Pearce High School off of Senior Way.
Other Info:
We'll have two banner carriers, 3 flag carriers, two trucksneeded to carry Tigers (or any one that doesn't want to walk). Older Cubs can bring their Razor scooters (with helmet) to ride or they can walk. I have bags full of candy canes and elf hats for everyone. Tigers will need an adult partner. Class 'A' uniforms. It should be around 45-50 degrees Saturday, so dress warm. |
